At Redefine ROI, we are committed to delivering measurable, results-driven AI SEO visibility optimization services. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment a project begins — which is why we structure our refund and cancellation terms to reflect the nature of digital marketing work fairly for both parties.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our digital marketing services. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Services  

Redefine ROI provides performance-based digital services, including:  

– SEO Services (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)  

– AI SEO Optimization  

– GEO & LLM Optimization (Generative Engine Optimization)  

– SEO & AI Visibility Audits  

– Local SEO Services  

– E-commerce SEO  

– Digital Marketing Services  

All of these engagements involve professional services — not physical or downloadable products. We begin work immediately upon payment confirmation, and our team allocates time, tools, and expert resources to your project from day one. For this reason, our refund terms differ from traditional e-commerce return policies.

2. General Refund Policy  

2.1 Services Not Yet Started  

If you made a payment and wish to cancel before we commence any work, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you submit the cancellation request within 3 business days of the payment.  

To initiate a pre-start cancellation, email us at info@redefineroi.com with your invoice number and reason for cancellation.

2.2 Services In Progress — Partial Refund  

If we have already begun work, we evaluate refunds on a pro rata basis, calculated based on the proportion of work we completed at the time of your cancellation request. The following factors will affect this:  

– Research and audit work we completed  

– Content we created or optimized  

– Link-building or outreach we initiated  

– Strategy documents or reports we delivered  

– The hours our team invested  

We will determine the refundable amount (if any) based on documented work logs and communicate this to you in writing within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

2.3 Services Fully Delivered  

We will not issue a refund for services for fully delivered work according to the agreed scope of work, including but not limited to:  

– Completed SEO audits  

– Delivered strategy reports  

– Optimization work executed within a billing cycle  

– GEO/LLM optimization tasks completed  

3. Monthly Retainer & Ongoing SEO Plans  

For clients on monthly retainer or recurring SEO packages:  

– Cancellation Notice: You must submit a written cancellation notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.  

– Mid-cycle Cancellations: If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, the month’s payment is non-refundable, as we will have already allocated resources and initiated work for that period.  

– No lock-in contracts: We do not bind clients to long-term contracts. You may cancel future renewals at any time, provided you give the required notice period.

4. One-Time Project Services  

For fixed-scope, one-time engagements (e.g., SEO Audit, GEO Audit, Local SEO Setup):  

– Full Refund: This applies only if you cancel within 3 business days of payment and before we start work.  

– Partial Refund: We may consider this if the project is partially complete. Redefine ROI will assess the work and communicate regarding the refundable amount.  

– No Refund: This applies once we share the final deliverable (report, audit, strategy document) with you.

5. Non-Refundable Items  

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:  

– Transaction/payment gateway fees we charge at the time of purchase.  

– Third-party tool costs we incur on behalf of the client (e.g., premium audit tools, paid backlink databases)  

– Paid media or ad spend we manage as part of a campaign (we pass these directly to the respective ad platforms)  

– Consultation fees for standalone advisory sessions  

– Discounted or promotional packages you purchase during special offers  

– Services where the client has been unresponsive for more than 30 days, causing project delays  

6. No Guarantee of Rankings  

Search engine rankings depend on hundreds of factors — including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and website changes — many of which lie outside our control. Therefore:  

Redefining ROI does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or ROI outcomes as a condition of our refund policy.  

Dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes alone — in the absence of a failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables — does not qualify for a refund.  

We follow 100% white-hat, Google-compliant SEO practices. Ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates or client-side changes (website edits, hosting issues, etc.) do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

7. Client Responsibilities  

Refund eligibility may be void or reduced in situations where you, the client:  

– Failed to provide required access, content, or approvals within agreed timelines  

– Made significant changes to the website or marketing strategy without informing our team  

– Engaged another SEO or digital marketing service while we provide our services.

8. Cancellation Process

To cancel any service or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to info@redefineroi.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Name/Company]”
  2. Include your invoice number, the service(s) you wish to cancel, and a brief reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. A final review of completed work will be conducted, and we will communicate the refund decision within 7 business days.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage open communication before raising any formal dispute. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services:

  1. Contact your dedicated account manager first. Most concerns can be addressed through a discussion or a strategy revision.
  2. If the matter remains unresolved, email us at info@redefineroi.com, and we will escalate it internally for prompt resolution.
  3. We are committed to reaching a fair and mutually agreeable outcome.

10. Chargeback Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek resolution:

  • Redefine ROI reserves the right to provide documented evidence of services rendered to the payment processor.
  • Client accounts may be suspended or terminated.
  • Outstanding amounts, including chargeback fees incurred by us, may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any disputes amicably.

11. Policy Updates

Redefine ROI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
